We are planning two days of fun to celebrate our 20th reunion since the mighty class of 1988 graduated from high school.
Friday - September 19th, 2008
Friday night will be a function at City Walk in Bricktown. Our own Bobby Dennis is co-owner of this establishment and is being gracious enough to host our reunion and assist with providing entertainment. This is the night to find some baby sitters and leave the kids at home, because they won't be allowed inside CityWalk. Our schedule will be as follows, so be sure and arrive by at least 7:30 pm:
8:45 - 9:45: Comedian Sean Morey (The Man Song) will perform a private show just for us!
9:45 - 11:00: We will have exclusive use of one of the many clubs within City Walk, called Posh. While we have use of Posh, we will be taking a group photograph and, technology permitting, show the newly digitized senior slide show.
11:00 - 2:00am: We won't have EXCLUSIVE use of Posh after 11:00, but that doesn't mean you have to leave. The club stays open till 2:00, and you are more than welcome to stay and relive those crazy high school years.
The cost of attending the friday night function will be $30 for each NWC graduate, and $20 for spouse/friend. This will include admittance to the club, use of the room, and the comedy show. Also, we are going to offer the senior slide show on DVD, free of charge, to all those in attendance on Friday night.
Saturday - September 20th, 2008
Saturday afternoon will be a family friendly affair, for those of us with children. This will be a picnic at Will Rodgers Park, in the pavillion, which is right across the street from the tennis center. Everyone needs to bring their own food to the picnic. We will supply some drinks (coke, sprite, etc.) and ice for everyone, so that we all don't need to worry about bringing ice chests. But please remember to bring your own food. The picnic will be from 11:00 to 2:00. We will be taking some group photographs during this even also. Bring your kids and show them off!
There will be no cost to attend the Saturday function.
